Demolition and breaking in Dammam and the Eastern Province

About Demolition and breaking

Safe demolition is planned before it starts: what comes down and what stays, the order from top to bottom, and how we protect neighbours, the street and live services. We carry out full demolition of traditional houses, concrete buildings, annexes and rest houses, and partial demolition inside occupied buildings — breaking a wall, stripping tiles and floors, or removing a kitchen and bathroom before refurbishment. We use electric breakers for interior work and heavy plant for full demolition, and haul debris to approved disposal sites.

FAQ

Questions about Demolition

Is debris removal included?

The job can include removing debris, hauling it to approved sites and levelling the plot; we state this clearly in the offer.

What is the difference between demolishing a traditional house and a concrete building?

A traditional house of mud or block without a heavy concrete frame is simpler to bring down; a concrete building needs hydraulic breakers and more time, which is why their costs differ.

Can you break a wall inside an occupied flat?

Yes, with electric breakers after protecting furniture and floors; if the wall is concrete we prefer diamond sawing to reduce vibration.

How do you protect neighbouring buildings?

We separate adjoining parts by cutting first, demolish from the top down, put up hoarding and spray water to reduce dust.

How is demolition priced?

By the type of building, its area and number of floors, access and the volume of debris. Published figures are estimates; the final price follows inspection and agreement.
