Diamond wall saw
Mounted on a track on the wall, it cuts straight lines at increasing depth — suited to doors and windows.
Cutting concrete walls, slabs and floors with diamond saws to open doors, windows, lift shafts and stairs — straight edges, no random breaking.
Concrete cutting is engineering, not demolition: the goal is an opening of the exact size with clean edges, without cracking the walls around it, shaking the slab or damaging the finishes next to it. That is why we use wall and floor saws with diamond blades, and a wire saw for very thick sections, with water cooling that keeps dust and heat down. We mark the cutting line before starting, review the rebar and services with you, and check whether the opening needs temporary propping or strengthening after the cut.
Diamond cutting of reinforced concrete
Methods and equipment
Mounted on a track on the wall, it cuts straight lines at increasing depth — suited to doors and windows.
For cutting slabs, concrete floors and asphalt for plumbing, drainage and electrical runs.
A diamond wire looped around the section, for thick parts, beams and columns a blade cannot reach.
Round holes at the corners of an opening, or for AC and plumbing runs before cutting.
Cools the blade and cuts dust; we protect floors and collect the cutting water as we go.
Steel props before large openings in load-bearing walls where needed.
How it is done
We measure the wall or slab, mark the position and size of the opening, and check the rebar and services.
For load-bearing walls and beams we explain whether the opening needs temporary props or strengthening afterwards.
We cut with the diamond saw under water cooling, then cut the concrete into blocks and lift them out without breaking what surrounds them.
We collect the water and debris and hand over the opening ready for rendering or fitting the door or window.
Estimated prices
The price depends on measurements, site condition and access, and is written in the offer after the inspection.

Diamond sawing works by abrasion, not impact, so it causes far less vibration than breaking and leaves straight edges. Before starting we check whether an opening in a load-bearing wall needs support.
Usually yes, after a structural review: we set the size and position, put up temporary props if needed, and tell you whether it needs a steel frame afterwards.
We cut wet, so there is much less dust than dry cutting. We cover nearby furniture and floors and collect the cutting water before it spreads.
It depends on the wall thickness, the reinforcement, where the opening is and how easy it is to reach; we give you the expected time after inspection.
By the concrete thickness, the length of the cuts, the machine needed and access; the price is set after inspection and measuring.
