This is the work of Aemar Al-Maryam General Contracting as it was filmed on site: videos and photos of concrete wall and slab cutting, core drilling for services, concrete breaking and new door and window openings in Dammam and the Eastern Province. No stock photos and no renders; everything here is our own crew and equipment.

What you will see in this gallery
Most clips and photos come from cutting and coring jobs, because that is what clients in the Eastern Province ask us for most, with some demolition and site preparation too. Each type has its own page explaining the method and indicative prices:
🪚
Wall and slab cutting
Diamond saw cutting with straight edges and no cracking around the opening, for doors, windows, stairs and lift shafts.
We measure the opening and check the concrete thickness and service routes before any cut.
2
Protection
We cover floors and furniture and keep water and dust inside the work area.
3
Cutting or coring
A water-cooled diamond saw or core rig for clean edges and less noise.
4
Clear-out
We remove the concrete pieces, clean up and hand the area over ready for the next trade.
Before any opening: cutting slabs or load-bearing walls needs a structural engineer’s opinion, and we stop at any load-bearing element until the solution is approved. Send us a photo of the wall or slab and the opening size on WhatsApp and we will tell you what suits your site before the visit.
Have a job like the ones you just saw?
Send a photo of the site and the sizes, and we will set out the items and price after a site visit.
Are the photos and videos in the gallery really your work?
Yes. Every clip and photo was taken on sites where our own crew and equipment did the work in Dammam and other Eastern Province cities. We do not use stock images.
What kind of work appears most in the gallery?
Diamond saw cutting of concrete walls and slabs, core drilling for services, concrete breaking and new door and window openings.
Do you take on similar work outside Dammam?
Yes. Besides Dammam we work in Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif, Saihat, Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Ras Tanura, Abqaiq, Nairyah and Safwa.
How can I get a price for a job like the ones shown?
Send a photo of the wall or slab and the opening size on WhatsApp 0547879578. We give an initial estimate and confirm the final price after a site visit.
Does diamond saw cutting crack the concrete around the opening?
A water-cooled diamond saw cuts a straight edge without hammering the concrete, so it does not send the vibration that cracks the surrounding area the way manual breaking can.
Do you cut inside occupied homes?
Yes. We cover floors and furniture, keep the cooling water and dust inside the work area and clean up after removing the concrete pieces.
Does cutting a slab or load-bearing wall need an engineer?
Yes. Any opening in a slab or load-bearing element needs a structural engineer's opinion, and we wait for the approved solution before cutting.
